Home Inspector
The ideal home inspector will have the following qualities or experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in residential construction, inspection, or engineering;
- Good overall knowledge of all residential building systems (roof, electrical, plumbing, framing, foundation, etc);
- Familiarity with residential building codes;
- Possess a truck, ladder, and general tools necessary to complete a home inspection;
- Able to utilize a ladder and physically able to view roofs, attics, and crawl spaces;
- Willingness and ability to become a licensed home inspector in the State of Ohio;
- Willing and able to become a licensed termite inspector, radon tester, and mold inspection certified;
- Honest, personable, friendly, patient, and good at interacting with clients;
- Effective at communicating the condition of a home through verbal and written reports;
- Locations Available: Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Toledo, Akron.
Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Manager
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and creative Marketing Coordinator for a fast growing Home Inspection company.

- Reliable, consistent, and diligent in working independently;
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including facebook, social media, email, etc.;
- Identify and execute co-branding marketing campaigns with lenders, title companies, and contractors for the purpose of marketing to realtors and increasing referrals;
- Make website updates, write blog post content relevant to home inspection, produce simple videos for YouTube and social media spotlighting the company and employees.
- Ability to identify, plan, and attend marketing events and lunch & learns with real estate agents and mortgage lenders;
- Print and distribute marketing materials to real estate agents, lenders, and title companies;
- Has a proven track record and past experience with similar marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be extremely personable, ENERGETIC, outgoing, social, and skilled in networking.
