We have implemented the following practices to make your home inspection as safe as possible during COVID-19:

• Each of our home inspectors measure their temperature prior to the start of each inspection. If any inspector has an elevated temperature, we have provisions in place to provide a backup home inspector without delay.
• ​Buyers are encouraged to limit the number of people attending the home inspection.
• Buyers and sellers are encouraged to reschedule the inspection if they or anyone in their family feels sick.
